1. Wear the appliance 24/7 except when eating and cleaning teeth.
2. Avoid acidic drinks and colas with appliance in place.
3. Remove appliance and rinse appliance and mouth with water immediately after drinking such beverages.
4. Brush with Remin+ Gel at least once every day.
5. Call our office if you need any adjustment to the appliance.
6. make sure you keep the scheduled appointment to for adjustment to your appliance.
