We invite you to our office for a complementary “Get Acquainted” visit. We would like to show you our office and wide range of dental services we provide. We would also like you to meet Dr. Patel and our team of friendly, caring and professional staff. At this visit a brief exchange of your dental concerns and desires can be addressed.

At the conclusion of that visit if you determine that our office is the right place for you to seek treatment and services for your dental needs then we would be glad to schedule you an appointment for collecting the diagnostic records which may include necessary X-Rays, Study Models of your teeth or jaw bones, detailed charting of existing Oral Conditions tooth decay (cavities), periodontal (gum) disease, assessment of integrity of existing Dental Restorations, necessary intra-oral and extra-oral Photographs; and TMJ and bite analysis. Our friendly staff will assist you in completing your medical/dental history and other necessary forms. Also, in-depth discussion of chief complains, your dental concerns and desires will be conducted. An appointment for detailed discussion about the existing oral conditions and available treatment options to correct the existing problems and to prevent the future ones will be scheduled.

At the subsequent visit Dr Patel will make a detailed case presentation about the existing Oral Conditions and available treatment options. Finally Dr. Patel will present a personalized treatment option for your unique situation, to correct the existing dental problem/s; and to prevent the future ones. Appropriate fees for the treatment, sequencing of the treatment and the payment schedule will be discussed in detail. Thus, you will be able to make a very informed decision about the necessary and desirable dental treatment your existing oral conditions demand.

Once it is determined exactly what treatment procedures are needed and how much those procedures will cost, payment options can be discussed. Our primary concern is your oral/dental health. Nonetheless, we will be sensitive to your financial circumstances within the framework of sound business and the standards practice of dentistry. We will make every effort to provide you with a treatment plan which fits your timetable, budget, and gives you the best dental care.

Our treatment recommendations are always based on your needs and desires, not on what your insurance company would cover or its bottom line. Payments for all dental treatments will be due at the time when serviced are rendered. Any benefit due to you will come directly to you from your insurance carrier. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, but we’ll do our best to see that you receive maximum benefits.

Upon mutual agreement of a particular treatment option, and a definite financial arrangement, appropriate appointments will be scheduled to proceed with the planned treatment.
