He has received hundreds of hours of training in Implant Dentistry though Medical College of Georgia, and successfully completed a fellowship examination given by American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Additionally Dr Rajiv Patel has received extensive training in IV sedation through Medical College of Georgia.

Dr Rajiv Patel has practiced General Dentistry in Deland, FL for more than 21 years. He Graduated with dental degree (BDS) from Gujarat University, India in 1979 and Post graduate study in the discipline of Prosthetic dentistry from same university and received Master’s degree (MDS) in 1981.

Dr Rajiv Patel is a member of the Central Districts Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and Indian Dental Association.
